Being overcharged for a service upsets customers and they do not return, regardless of the quality of the work. SAGENET believes that a fair price for a given amount and predetermined difficulty/skill level of work is the best policy to pursue both for the continued growth of our business and for what SAGENET ultimately aims to provide - customer satisfaction and hassle free computing! For this reason SAGENET reserves the higher hourly rates for the advanced networking and programming requirements that some customers require. SAGENET rates start from an extremely competitive $45/hour + GST(10%) for basic residential requirements and we will happily provide an estimate of the total cost before accepting the job and can provide formal written quotes where required. We are open to negotiation and aim to charge reasonably and fairly in all circumstances but please understand the necessity of our 2 hour ($99incGST) charge for call-outs or on-site attendance is primarily due to the travel time and transport costs.
